Stock Orders
Stock orders must be placed as a separate order and cannot be combined with another embroidery or printing order.
Final carriage charges for Two Day Delivery under the free carriage threshold are calculated at dispatch and will be shown on your invoice. These charges may not appear accurately on your initial order acknowledgement due to variability in the quantity of boxes your order will be packed in.
Embroidery & Printing Orders
Embroidery and printing orders generally are dispatched within a 7-day period. Please allow for extra time during peak season.
Carriage charges for embroidery and printing orders are calculated at dispatch and will be shown on your invoice. These charges will not appear on your initial order acknowledgement due to the variability of the charge.
Where possible, multiple embroidery and/or printing orders will be grouped and dispatched together to reduce carriage costs, but please note this is not guaranteed.
